vibe325code (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates vibe325code.com and provides marketing website services for small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using our service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you use our service:
- Account information: Business name and email address submitted via the intake form at vibe325code.com/intake.
- Site preferences: Template style, estimated page count, and estimated monthly visitor count — used to provision your site within our service limits.
- Payment information: Billing details are processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card information. We receive confirmation of payment status and a Stripe customer ID.
- Communications: Any email correspondence with our support team.
We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral advertising cookies, or third-party analytics on vibe325code.com.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provision and host your marketing website on our platform.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send transactional emails (receipt, site-live confirmation, renewal notices).
- To respond to support requests.
- To enforce our Terms of Service and service limits.
We do not sell your information. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate vibe325code:
- Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs data handled during checkout.
- Vercel — Application hosting and edge delivery. Your site and request logs pass through Vercel's infrastructure.
- Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, and WAF. Traffic to all sites is proxied through Cloudflare.
- Zapier — Workflow automation. Intake form submissions are routed to our internal workflows via Zapier webhooks.
4. Your Customer's Data
If you are a vibe325code customer with a contact form on your site, messages submitted through that form are stored in our database (Supabase) and associated with your account. We store the sender's name, email address, and message content, along with the timestamp of submission.
We use this data solely to deliver the form submission to you (the site owner) and to operate the service. We do not sell, share, or use your end-customers' form data for any other purpose.
You are responsible for your own privacy disclosures to your end-customers regarding how you will use and respond to their submissions.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for the duration of your active subscription and for up to 12 months after cancellation, unless you request deletion sooner. Stripe retains payment records per their own retention policy.
6. Security
All traffic to vibe325code.com and customer sites is served over HTTPS with Cloudflare Full (Strict) SSL. We apply WAF rules to block malicious traffic and restrict access from sanctioned jurisdictions. We do not store payment card data. Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure — use the service accordingly.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@vibe325code.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
