Managed Website Platform Agreement

This agreement governs the use of the vibe325code managed website platform.
Platform Overview
vibe325code is a fully managed website platform designed for small businesses. The platform includes:
- website hosting
- infrastructure management
- maintenance and updates
- security monitoring
- uptime monitoring
- technical support
Subscription
The platform operates on a subscription basis. Current subscription rate:
$595 per year
The subscription maintains operation of the website and associated infrastructure.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew annually to maintain uninterrupted service. Clients may cancel prior to renewal.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure payment providers. Accepted methods may include:
- credit card
- debit card
- ACH
NAVTECH LLC does not store payment information.
Payment Failure & Billing States
The platform enforces a graduated response to unresolved payments:
Account Notice — Days 1–14
Automated retry attempts occur and notification emails are sent. Your site remains fully accessible to visitors during this period.
Service Notice — Days 15–30
Your site is temporarily replaced with a service notice page (HTTP 503). Visitors cannot access your content during this period. All website data and configuration are preserved. Service is restored immediately upon successful payment.
Archive — Day 30+
If payment remains unresolved beyond 30 days, the subscription is cancelled and the site enters archive status. The site is taken offline. Data is retained for 90 days. Reactivation requires a new subscription.
HTTP 503 responses are used during the Service Notice period to preserve domain indexing status with search engines.
Data Retention
Website backups may be retained for up to 90 days following cancellation or nonpayment. Clients may request copies during the retention period.
Content Ownership
Clients retain ownership of:
- text content
- business images
- brand assets
NAVTECH LLC retains ownership of:
- platform framework
- system architecture
- proprietary development systems
Scope of Service
The subscription includes minor updates such as:
- content edits
- image replacements
- contact updates
Major redesigns or new feature development may require additional quotes.
Cancellation
Clients may cancel prior to the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing.
Refund Policy
A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time subscriptions.
To request a refund:
- Submit a written request to info@navtechsupport.com within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date
- Include your business name and the email address associated with your account
Eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days.
The 30-day guarantee does not apply to renewal payments or refund requests submitted after 30 days of the original purchase date.
Limitation of Liability
NAVTECH LLC is not responsible for:
- business losses related to website performance
- outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers

NAVTECH LLC will respond within 5 business days. Prior to pursuing formal legal remedies, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in Taylor County, Texas.
